Bertaggia Inks Pro Deal

Brandon Wheat Kings' forward Alessio Bertaggia has signed a two-year pro contract with EV Zug in Switzerland for the 2013-14 and 2014-15 season.

Bertaggia is currently leading the Wheat Kings' in scoring with 16 goals and 34 pointsin 28 games and has 40 goals and 84 points in 93 career games with Brandon.

The 19-year old Bertaggia is currently overseas, where he'll play with Switzerland in the 2013 World Junior Hockey Championship.

His new contract shouldn't have any impact on his ability to finish the rest of the season with Brandon.
