The Royal Manitoba Winter Fair begins March 31st, leaving the week of the first round open for playoff games.
While Brandon will play at least two games at home, a possible third 'home' game in the first round is up in the air.
One possibility is following a 2-3-2 format which would give the Wheat Kings that third game at Westman Place.
If that's not the case, Brandon may have to use another WHL arena for that home game.
That's because the Wheat Kings' usual home-away-from-home playoff venue, the MTS Centre in Winnipeg, is unavailable because of the Juno Awards taking place in Winnipeg.
