- I'm guessing at the lineup since the Pats, in their infinite wisdom, have decided not to post the scratches and starters until after the pre-game warmup, which is a violation of the WHL Policy (as I understand it). I wonder if the league will give them another pass on this one?
- I've been broadcasting WHL hockey for 21 years and 19 playoff seasons, and this is the first time I remember a team ever pulling this type of manoeuvre prior to any game, regular season or playoffs.
- Kord Pankewicz, who took a puck in the face in practice earlier this week, is out tonight for Brandon only with Tyler Coulter, Brett Kitt and Braylon Shmyr.
