Hawryluk Sits for Rest of Season

The Wheat Kings' are in a battle for a playoff spot, and won't have their leading scorer available to help them try and get to the post-season this week.

Jayce Hawryluk has been suspended for four games by the Western Hockey League for the charging major he took in Friday's loss to the Edmonton Oil Kings.

Hawryluk has already served one game, and will miss Brandon's final three games of the season this week to complete the suspension.

The second-year forward has now been suspended three times this year, totalling nine games.

Hawryluk leads Brandon with 24 goals and 64 points in 59 games this season.
